Scope

These terms apply to use of the public Lawezi website and related informational materials. They do not replace a signed customer agreement, order form, data processing agreement, support agreement, statement of work, or other written agreement for access to the Lawezi product.

If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed customer agreement, the signed customer agreement applies to the relevant product or commercial relationship.

Using the website

You may use the public Lawezi website for lawful business and informational purposes only.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or harvest content at scale, impersonate another person, or use the website in a way that infringes rights, breaches security, or violates applicable law.

No legal advice

Lawezi is a legal practice system, not a law firm. Website content, product materials, demos, and AI-related descriptions are provided for product information only and are not legal advice.

Law firms and legal professionals remain responsible for their own legal advice, professional obligations, client communications, supervision, document review, and use of Lawezi in their practice.

Product information and availability

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice.

Product descriptions, integrations, screenshots, roadmap statements, AI features, and availability statements are not binding commitments unless expressly agreed in a signed contract. We aim for accurate public information, but the product may differ from screenshots or descriptions as it evolves.

Demo requests and communications

If you submit a demo request, enquiry, or other information through the website, you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it.

Submitting a form does not create a customer relationship, guarantee product access, or commit Lawezi to provide services unless a separate agreement is signed.

Accounts and login access

Firm login access is restricted to authorised users. Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials, following firm policies, using approved identity and access processes, and reporting suspected unauthorised access or security issues promptly.

Customer administrators are responsible for managing their authorised users, roles, permissions, and connected systems under the applicable customer agreement.

Privacy

Personal information handled through the public website is addressed in the Lawezi privacy policy. Customer matter data and product data may also be governed by the relevant customer agreement and privacy or data processing terms.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Lawezi website, product branding, designs, text, graphics, product materials, and related content are owned by Lawezi or their respective rights holders and are protected by intellectual property laws.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated. You must not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Lawezi materials except where permitted by law or a written agreement.

Third-party systems and links

The website may refer or link to third-party systems, identity providers, document management systems, finance systems, or other services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, and availability.

References to providers or integrations do not mean every provider is available for every customer or deployment unless agreed in the relevant customer agreement.

Liability and disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies rights, guarantees, remedies, or liabilities that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law. Commercial terms, warranties, liability limits, governing law, and jurisdiction should be set out in the relevant signed agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website, product, business, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised update date.
